Your baby’s sleep
Don’t be surprised if your baby experiences a sleep regression now —or at any point, really 🙃 Sleep disruptions are common when a baby is sick or teething, for example. Your baby may wake up more during the night and have a harder time going back to sleep.
When it happens, give them whatever they need to calm down and get back to sleep. You can return to their normal sleep routine once they’re feeling better.
